Pancasila

Pancasila is the ideological basis for the country of Indonesia. This name consists of two words from Sanskrit: penta meaning five and Sila means principle or principles. Pancasila is a formula and guidelines of national and state for all the people of Indonesia.

Five major joint authors of Pancasila is the Belief in God Almighty, just and civilized humanity, the unity of Indonesia, democracy led by wisdom of deliberation / representation, and social justice for all Indonesian people, and set forth in paragraph Preambule-4 (Opening) Act of 1945.

In an attempt to formulate the Pancasila as the state official, there are private proposals set out in Business Investigation Agency Preparation of Indonesian Independence, namely:

1. Five Fundamentals by Muhammad Yamin, who spoke on May 29, 1945. Yamin formulated five basic as follows: Nationality Peri, Peri Humanity, Divinity Peri, Peri Democracy, and Welfare. He stated that the five precepts are formulated it is rooted in history, civilization, religion, and constitutional life that has long been grown in Indonesia. Mohammad Hatta in his memoirs Yamin is doubtful speech.
2. Panca Sila by Sukarno presented on June 1, 1945 in spontaneous speech that became known under the title “The Birth of the Pancasila”. Sukarno suggested the following basics: Nationality: Internationalism; Consensus, foundation representatives, consultative basis; Welfare; Godhead. Pancasila is the name pronounced by Sukarno in a speech on June 1, he said:

Now the number of principles: nationalism, internationalism, consensus, prosperity, and divine, five bilangannya. His name is not Panca Dharma, but I call it with a friend of our guide linguists – his name is Pancasila. Sila means or basic principles, and on this basis we established these five countries Indonesia, eternal and immutable.

After the formulation of Pancasila as the state received some official establishment document is:

1. First formulation: Charter Jakarta (Jakarta Charter) – dated June 22, 1945
2. Formulation of Two: Preamble to the Constitution – on August 18, 1945
3. Formulation of Three: The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Mukaddimah States – dated December 27, 1949

KESAKTIAN PANCASILA

On 30 September 1965, was the beginning of the September 30th Movement (G30SPKI). This rebellion is a form of business change elements of the communist ideology of Pancasila. A. SILA KETUHANAN YANG MAHA ESA

3. Mutual respect for the freedom to worship according to religion and belief.

B. SILA KEMANUSIAAN YANG ADIL DAN BERADAB
1. Recognizes the equal rights of equality and equality between human beings obligations.
2. Fellow human beings love each other.
3. Develop an attitude of tolerance.
4. Arbitrarily towards others.
5. Uphold human values.
6. Likes to do humanitarian work.
7. Dared to defend truth and justice.

C. SILA PERSATUAN INDONESIA
1. Putting the unity, unity, interests, and the safety of the nation and the country above personal or group
interests.
2. Willing to sacrifice for the sake of nation and state.
3. Love the country and nation.
4. Indonesia as a nation proud of her country and Indonesia.
5. Association to promote national unity and integrity of her unity in diversity.

D. SILA KERAKYATAN YANG DIPIMPIN OLEH HIKMAT KEBIJAKSANAAN DALAM PERMUSYAWARATAN / PERWAKILAN
1. The interests of the state and society.
2. Not impose its will on others.
3. Prioritizing deliberation in making decisions for the common good.
4. Deliberation to reach consensus overcome with the spirit of kinship.
5. In good faith and sense of responsibility to accept and implement the results of deliberations.
6. Consultation carried out with common sense and conscience in accordance with the sublime.
7. Decisions taken must be morally accountable to God Almighty, upholding human dignity and the values ​​of truth
and justice.

E. SILA KEADILAN SOSIAL BAGI SELURUH RAKYAT INDONESIA
1. Develop the noble deeds that reflect the attitude and family atmosphere and mutual help.
2. To be fair.
3. Maintain a balance between rights and obligations.
4. Respecting the rights of others.
5. Like to give help to others.
6. Attitudes away from the exploitation of others.
7. Do not be wasteful.
8. Not a luxury lifestyle.
9. Not perform acts that harm the public interest.
10. Hardworking.
11. Appreciating the work of others.
12. Together trying to achieve equitable progress and social justice.

This provision is later repealed by the MPR Decree no. I/MPR/2003 with 45 grains of Pancasila. Never published a study on whether the grain is actually practiced in the everyday citizens of Indonesia.

Precepts first

1. Indonesia declared the nation’s belief and piety towards God Almighty.
2. Indonesia’s human trust and devotion to God Almighty, in accordance with the religion and beliefs of each on

3. Develop a respectful attitude of respect and cooperation between religions by adherents of different beliefs in
God Almighty.
4. Foster harmony among religious communities and belief in God Almighty.
5. Religion and belief in Almighty God is a matter concerning a personal relationship with God Almighty.
6. Develop mutual respect for freedom of religion and worship according to their beliefs.
7. Not impose a religion and belief in Almighty God to others.

Precepts second

1. Recognize and treat people according to the status and dignity as creatures of God Almighty.
2. Recognizes equality, equality, rights and obligations of every human being, without distinction of race,
ancestry, religion, creed, sex, social status, skin color and so on.
3. Develop an attitude of loving human beings.
4. Develop an attitude of mutual tolerance and tepa selira.
5. Develop an attitude of persecution against others.
6. Uphold human values.
7. Likes to do humanitarian work.
8. Dared to defend truth and justice.
9. Indonesia was the nation itself as part of the whole human race.
10. Develop a respectful attitude of respect and cooperate with other nations.

The third Sila

1. Able to put unity, unity, and the interests and safety of the nation as a common interest above personal and
group interests.
2. Able and willing to sacrifice for the interests of the state and nation if necessary.
3. Develop a sense of love for homeland and nation.
4. Develop a sense of national pride and the landless of Indonesia.
5. Maintain a world order based on freedom, lasting peace and social justice.
6. Develop the unity of Indonesia on the basis of unity in diversity.
7. Association to promote national unity.

Fourth Precept

1. As citizens and residents, Indonesia has the position of every human being, rights and obligations.
2. Should not impose its will on others.
3. Prioritizing deliberation in making decisions for the common good.
4. Deliberation to reach consensus permeated by the spirit of kinship.
5. Honor and uphold any decision reached as a result of deliberation.
6. In good faith and sense of responsibility to accept and implement the decision of deliberation.
7. In the discussion of common interest takes precedence over personal and group interests.

9. Decisions taken must be morally accountable to God Almighty, upholding human dignity, the values ​​of truth and
